Village of Nashville

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

July 13^th, 2023 @ 7:00 pm
Location: Village Council Chambers/Village Hall

Purpose: to consider a proposed Agreement for Conditional Transfer between the Village of Nashville and Maple Grove Township and the Village of Nashville and Castleton Township, pursuant to Act 425 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1984, as amended.  The proposed Agreement pertains to the conditional transfer of the jurisdiction of the Village of Nashville for the limited purposes of corresponding planning and zoning authority:

A copy of the proposed Agreement is on file with the Village Clerk and may be examined at the Village Office at 203 N Main St Nashville MI 49073 during business hours.

Written comments concerning the proposed Agreement will be accepted up to the time of the public hearing.  All interested persons may attend the hearing and comment upon the proposed Agreement.
