MEETING DATES
The regular Planning Commission meetings of the Village of Nashville are the first (1st) Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Nashville Council Chambers.The Village of Nashville will provide necessary and reasonable aid and services to the disabled, and provide language translation and signage for hearing impaired upon seven days advanced notice to the Nashville Village Clerk.

MEETING DATES
The regular Zoning Board of Appeals meetings of the Village of Nashville are held on a quarterly basis (April, July, October January) on the third (3rd) Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Nashville Council Chambers. The Zoning Board will hold Special Meetings when needed Public Hearings for variance requests. The Village of Nashville will provide necessary and reasonable aid and services to the disabled, and provide language translation and signage for hearing impaired upon seven days advanced notice to the Nashville Village Clerk.The regular meeting dates are as follows:

ZONING ORDINANCE
A copy of the Village Zoning Ordinance book is available for review at the Village Office during normal business hours. A copy may be purchased for $25 per copy. Or you may request any one ordinance for the cost of $.25 per page. A request for a full copy of the Village Zoning Ordinance book will be completed within a 5 day waiting period.

ZONING PERMITS

Zoning permits are required whenever a property owner makes a change to their property. All permits are available at the Village Office.

Permits are needed for: new buildings, building additions, fences, permanent sheds, in-ground pools, new porches/decks, any changes in the outside dimensions to an existing building, new businesses, signs, land divisions, etc. (not intended to be a complete list of permits required – examples only)

Zoning Permit ZBA001 – Fee $30 (Zoning Administrator approval needed)
Zoning Permit ZBA001 after the fact $200


Variance Request ZBA002 – Fee $200 (Zoning Board Public Hearing needed)


Rezoning Request ZBA003 – Fee $300
(Planning approval needed / Council Public Hearing needed)


Special Use Permit ZBA004 – Fee $200 (Zoning Public Hearing needed)


New Business Registration ZBA005 – Fee $30 (Zoning Administrator approval needed)


Sign Application ZBA006 – Fee $30 (Zoning Administrator approval needed)


Temporary Use Permit ZBA007 – Fee $30
(Zoning Administrator Approval needed – good for 6 months)


Private Street Permit ZBA008 – Fee $200
(Planning approval needed – includes site plan review)


Land Division – Fee $200 for up to 3 splits – over 3 splits $30 for each additional split is required.


Site Plan Review – ZBA009 – Fee $200 (required for: Private streets in PUD developments/New construction on empty lot/Razing of old building and replacing it with new structure/Change of use of current building in business district – i.e. residential to business use)


Any action requiring a special meeting – Planning/Zoning – Fee $200
Any action requiring a special meeting – Council – Fee $400
