AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE
PARKING OF VEHICLES ON VILLAGE STREETS DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
It is deemed advisable by this body to prohibit parking of vehicles on Village streets during certain hours.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village of Nashville
vehicles shall be parked on any street in the Village of Nashville between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. EXCEPT as
otherwise provided herein.
No Vehicles shall be parked on Main Street in the Village of Nashville between Reed Street to the North and Railroad Street
to the South, between the hours of 3:00 am and 5:00 am.
3. Any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be impounded by the Police Department or
its authorized representative, and may be reclaimed by its owner upon paying the full cost of said impoundment.
4. Violation of this
ordinance shall be punished by a fine of $10.00 if paid within 10 days of violation, $15.00 if paid more than 10 days, but
less than 29 days after violation, and $20.00 if paid more than 29 days after violation.
5. This ordinance shall become effective
upon publication February 28, 1978.
